"Health Partnership is a community health center offering quality, affordable and accessible health care for all. We offer a sliding fee program based on income and household size, and we accept commercial insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and welcome the uninsured or underinsured.

Medical, dental and behavioral health services are provided to children and adults. In addition, we offer Substance Abuse Services for individuals 12 and older and free enrollment services for Medicaid and Marketplace Insurance."
